This location is a Care365 patient kiosk. There is no Care365 doctor or nurse practitioner on site. Walk in, complete your assessment at the iPad station (the front-desk team can help you fill it in), and a licensed Care365 clinician will review your answers and call you to complete your visit. If treatment is appropriate, your prescription can be sent to this location or to the pharmacy of your choice.
