Doctor and nurse practitioner on site
A Care365 doctor or nurse practitioner sees patients in person at this location during the hours listed. You can walk in and use the iPad station to start your assessment, and you will be seen on site or called by a clinician, whichever suits your concern. Prescriptions can be sent to this location or to the pharmacy of your choice.

A licensed Care365 clinician sees you on site or calls you to complete your visit and decide on treatment.
Pick up your prescription
If treatment is appropriate, your prescription is sent to Care365 Keele or the pharmacy you choose, with follow-up advice included.
